MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT

Our maintenance and support services are customizable to each customer's needs and include the following:

  • Within the maintenance agreement's hours, our engineers provide telephone support
  • When problems cannot be fixed over the phone, an engineer will visit the site.
  • In our own workshop, we do cost-effective repairs.
  • Wherever possible, replace defective equipment.
  • Customers that use our 24x7 maintenance service can get standby equipment from us.

* The above all-inclusive equipment repair/replacement offer only applies to equipment that has become defective or damaged as a result of normal business use, and particularly excludes things that have been damaged due to clear carelessness or malice.
Cover may be tailored to fit a variety of budgets:
During regular business hours (9.00 a.m. to 17.00 p.m., Monday through Friday), select the following day or three-working-day option. Customers who choose the Managed Service (Long-Term Hire) financing option will receive automated support and maintenance coverage throughout business hours. 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with agreed-upon reaction and remedy alternatives for broken equipment.
